Returns & Refunds

Gabiche a une politique de retour simple de façon à ce que vous soyez serein au moment de vos achats.

Les règles de retours et de remboursements ci-dessous sont valables uniquement pour les achats effectués sur notre site : www.gabiche.com .

Pour les achats en magasin ou effectués sur des sites de revendeurs, veuillez vous reporter à leurs conditions générales de vente.  

Vous disposez d'un délai de 14 jours à compter de la date de réception de votre colis pour nous retourner tout ou une partie de votre commande et demander un remboursement.

Refunds

Once an order is placed, we can not cancel or refund your order until you receive it.

  • After receipt of your package and inspection of the item(s), we will inform you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund, within 2 to 3 working days after receipt of your package. If the refund is approved, we will refund you within 15 days of receiving your return. The refund will only be made to the same credit card used for the order or to your payment method with which you made your purchase. Please note that the refund is not immediately credited to your bank account, the time frame depends on your bank.

Resumption conditions

We remind you that any returned item must be: - Presented in its original condition, - The labels must not be detached from the article, - It must not have been washed, worn by the Customer, damaged, used, soiled, damaged or deteriorated. Regarding jewelry boxes: - They are essential and must be returned in their original condition.

Procedure to follow for the return ​

 

In France Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You have the option to postage the return yourself or to download a return label that we will send to you and the amount of which will be deducted from the Refund of your return. To do this, it's simple, follow the steps below:

 

1. Please contact our customer service: contact@gabiche.com before returning the merchandise, indicating your decision to return and request your shipping slip, if you wish, or you send your return directly with acknowledgment of receipt, at your expense and nothing will be deducted from your refund.

In case you want a prepaid label: 2. Please accompany your email with information regarding your order: your full contact details, your order reference, the date of your purchase and the invoice. 3. You will receive by email your prepaid label for returning your package. 4. Prepare your package: put the product(s) in their original condition(s), with label(s) and packaging(s) in the package. 5. Print the label and stick it on your package. 6. All you have to do is drop off your package at a relay point, at the address indicated on the slip or at a post office. ​ Keep proof of deposit of the package: In the event of a dispute or loss of the package by the carrier, the deposit slip will be taken as proof and reimbursement for the returned product(s) can be made.

Outside mainland France For deliveries in Europe and internationally outside the European Union, return costs, government taxes and customs formalities are the responsibility of the Customer. ​ 1. Please contact our customer service: contact@gabiche.com before returning the goods, indicating your return decision and specifying in your email the information concerning your order, the reference, the date of your purchase as well as the invoice. 2. The costs of the return package will be your responsibility. You will send your return by tracked parcel with acknowledgment of receipt directly to the following address: ​ Gabiche 60 Boulevard Sadi Carnot 95880 Enghien-les-Bains FRANCE Email: contact@gabiche.com ​ Keep proof of deposit of the package: In the event of a dispute or loss of the package by the carrier, the deposit slip will be taken as proof and reimbursement for the returned product(s) can be made. ​ The locations from which returns are accepted are the same as those to which delivery is carried out. The return of the Products is the responsibility and risk of the Customer if the place of delivery is not in one of the countries mentioned below:

We do not accept exchanges, we will refund you upon receipt. You can wait or not for this reimbursement to reorder the desired product on our site.
